Who are Accolade Home Care?
Accolade Home Care is an Introductory Agency founded by nurses and care home managers, which means that rather than employing and managing carers, we work tirelessly to match people in need of care, and top professional carers, all across the UK.
This allows you to have more control over the care you are receiving for a cheaper rate.
The care professionals then manage the day-to-day documentation, personal care, risk assessments and anything else needed in the management of the care delivered.
They will do this in line with the family or primary contact, the recipient of care, and local councils and GP’s.

Where do we come in?
Dedicated Account Manager
You will have a Dedicated Account Manager tasked with ensuring that all of your processes run smoothly.

Experienced Support Team
You will have both telephone and email access to our support team, between the hours of 7am and 9pm everyday, including public holidays.

Payroll Services
We provide a payroll service, allowing for peace of mind when it comes to paying your personal assistant, you can rest easy knowing that we handle that in the background.
​
Regular Check Ups
We will check in with you regularly to make sure you are happy with our service and the Personal Assistant we have provided, this call is also to ensure that your care needs are kept up to date, should you require a change of Personal Assistant.
​
Cover for Absence
We will provide you with assistance in covering any absences or time-off that is requested by your Personal Assistant. This is optional and dependant on your request.
